Technical Sales Manager
Poseico Power Electronics is a US subsidiary of the FRIEM Group, seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of their power semiconductors and power assemblies in North America. The role involves developing new business, expanding key accounts, and positioning Poseico as a strategic supplier in high-power applications across industrial and energy markets.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the business growth strategy for Poseico products in North America
Identify, qualify, and secure new customers and design-in opportunities for power semiconductors and power assemblies
Manage and grow key customer relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial players
Lead customer engagements from early technical discussions through commercial negotiations and order acquisition
Work closely with engineering, product management, and headquarters teams to align customer needs with technical solutions
Provide market feedback on applications, trends, competitors, and customer requirements
Represent Poseico and the FRIEM Group at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in technical sales or business development within power electronics or semiconductor markets
Strong understanding of power semiconductors, power modules, or power assemblies and their industrial applications
Ability to engage confidently with engineering, purchasing, and management teams
Demonstrated success in new business acquisition (“hunter” mindset)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel frequently within North America
Preferred
Technical education background (Electrical / Electronic Engineering or similar)
Experience selling into applications such as: Industrial drives and inverters, Power conversion systems, Energy, transportation, or heavy industrial markets
Existing network within the North American power electronics ecosystem
Experience working with international headquarters and European manufacturing teams
Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales reporting
