They are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a select group of key clients in a remote, commission-based role, focusing on sourcing and recruiting hard-to-find talent while maintaining strong candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities
Proactively source and recruit hard-to-find talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
Build and maintain strong, forward-looking candidate pipelines for current and future client needs
Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit
Evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, motivations, and soft skills with a consultative, high-bar approach
Advance, qualify, or decline candidates based on thoughtful interview feedback and resume review
Partner closely with our team to ensure a high-touch, compliant, and professional recruiting process
Qualification
Required
5+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
Highly skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search, project folders, and pipeline management
Creative, resourceful, and disciplined in your sourcing and follow-up approach
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly with candidates and clients
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
High-energy, motivated, and genuinely passionate about recruiting
Preferred
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
