Magellan Solutions USA is seeking a Banking Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Palm Coast, Florida. This entry-level role focuses on supporting business banking customers during their transition to a new digital banking platform, providing hands-on training and guided support.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound and/or outbound calls to support business banking customers using the digital banking platform
Guide customers through basic platform features, navigation, and common tasks using step-by-step instructions
Assist customers during their transition from an older banking system to the new digital platform, following established processes and scripts
Provide friendly, patient support to customers with varying levels of digital banking experience
Lead simple, guided web-based training sessions using Skype for Business or similar tools (full training provided)
Educate customers on digital banking products and services using approved job aids and knowledge resources
Identify customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues when appropriate
Follow call flows and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience
Accurately document call details, customer questions, and next steps in required systems
Ensure customer information is handled securely and in compliance with privacy policies
Complete all required onboarding, digital banking training, and ongoing learning activities
Meet individual and team performance goals related to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors in a supportive call center environment
Maintain a professional, dependable work style and follow all safety, security, and attendance guidelines
Perform additional duties or rotating assignments as directed by leadership

Required

Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience required

Preferred

Treasury experience, preferably with the Bottomline Digital Banking platform
Experience supporting commercial or corporate online banking services, including: ACH & Wire Transfers, Lockbox services, Positive Pay, Investment sweeps, Related treasury and commercial banking applications
Experience working directly with commercial and corporate banking customers
Experience in customer service or call center
