Responsibilities
Leads the strategy, design, manufacture and installation of fabrication projects
Oversees fabrication and quality control, monitoring progress and ensuring production deadlines are met
Prioritizes workflow through the shop and use all resources to implement tasks efficiently and effectively to meet delivery deadlines
Advocates adherence to health and safety procedures, company core values, best manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures, while reducing manufacturing costs
Directs the delivery of training that ensures the workplace is safe and in compliance with OSHA regulations and applicable fire codes
Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
Regular and reliable attendance
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment
Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic
High attention to detail
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly
