New Grad, Entry LevelEstes Design and Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Turret Punch Press Setup Technician to ensure precise setups and operations of CNC turret presses. The role involves reviewing engineering prints, maximizing output of high-quality metal parts, and adhering to health and safety protocols while collaborating with team members and other departments.

Responsibilities
Review instructions, engineering prints, and work orders for each assignment
Set up CNC turret presses in alignment with documented work instructions
Operate turret presses to complete production runs
Assist coworkers with setup and machine operation when needed
Run other production equipment as required to meet schedule demands
Maximize output of high‑quality fabricated metal parts according to the production schedule
Evaluate and recommend improvements to fabrication methods to raise quality and profitability
Identify and report maintenance concerns as they arise
Share timely information with other departments to keep projects moving
Follow all elements of the Health & Safety Program
Execute work and projects within the ISO 9000 Quality System framework
Demonstrate a consistently professional demeanor
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality Systems
Training and hands-on experience setting up CNC turret presses
Fluent in reading technical drawings: materials, part specs, tolerances, notes, symbols, and multi‑view blueprints
Strong problem‑solving abilities
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Effective interpersonal/employee relations skills
