Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Java-based enterprise applications
Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs aligned with business needs
Ensure application performance, security, and reliability
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the full SDLC
Improve code quality using static/dynamic analysis, security scans, and CI/CD pipelines
Stay updated on emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Core Java (JDK 11 or 17)
Deep knowledge of Spring Framework, Hibernate, and related Java technologies
Experience building and securing REST APIs (Authentication & Authorization)
Hands-on experience with JMS (ActiveMQ or similar)
Working knowledge of MS SQL Server
Prior experience managing clients and technically leading development teams
Proficiency with GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted coding tools
Must be hands-on and willing to code whenever required
Preferred
Experience within the investment banking / financial services domain
Enjoys coding, mentoring, and building scalable, high-performance systems
