Responsibilities

Own and manage the end-to-end product and sales calendars (who does what, and by when)
Work with Product Creation, Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Sales, Sourcing, and Operations to keep everyone aligned and on schedule
Set up repeatable go-to-market (GTM) processes for seasonal launches, special programs, and short-lead projects
Track deadlines vs. plan, highlight risks, and recommend solutions
Measure and report on how well processes are working and suggest improvements
Build and maintain tools and reports that share GTM and product-business information with stakeholders
Manage the process for special/custom product requests, making sure Sales reviews them before they move to product teams
Support and coordinate key sales milestones and meetings, including major seasonal sales meetings
Create and update SOPs and process documents that describe how work gets done
Serve as the main operations decision-maker for one product category

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Merchandising, Project Management, Product Operations, Product Development, etc.) or equivalent experience
2–4 years in product creation, operations, consulting, or a consumer products environment
Understanding of the end-to-end garment product creation process
Experience with process governance, influencing, and change management
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to clearly explain “current vs. future” scenarios
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Airtable experience is a plus
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple workstreams
Comfortable with ambiguity and leading teams to clarity and results
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actions
Curious, proactive problem solver and effective change agent
Ability to influence culture at all levels of the organization
Willingness to travel up to 20%
