Provides exceptional front-line service to both internal and external customers
Accurately and efficiently managing a cash drawer
Processing a variety of financial transactions
Maintaining strict confidentiality
Identifies opportunities where customers may benefit from additional NBC products or services and refers them to the appropriate department
Consistent adherence to all bank policies and procedures
Compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong computer skills, solid math abilities, and effective oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills
Proactive problem-solver who can recognize when action is needed
Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing processes and workflows
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Reliable transportation required
