Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day incidents in Ariba, S/4HANA, and middleware (ABAP/CPI), providing both short-term fixes and long-term solutions
Manage complex contract integrations, including goods, consignment, and large service frameworks with multiple child lines
Update templates and configure Ariba workflows to support system and business improvements
Monitor Ariba Network (AN), Integration Manager (IM), and CIG failures; analyze data and implement corrective actions
Oversee S/4HANA and Ariba configuration for Source to Contract and Supplier Lifecycle Management (including risk)
Maintain master data replication and ensure system integrity, user access compliance, and performance
Partner with Supply Chain leadership to align digital procurement strategy with business goals
Support and execute IT projects related to Source to Contract, ensuring quality delivery and cross-functional alignment
Provide support and guidance to end users, ensuring effective use of systems across Commercial teams
Identify process improvement opportunities and help strengthen governance across S2C systems
Qualification
Required
Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Experience implementing or configuring SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba (Source to Contract, SLP, Risk)
Expertise in integrations with SAP (ABAP/CPI/CIG), including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Advanced experience with large-scale distributed systems and data migration across SAP modules
Solid understanding of sourcing, contracts, and supplier processes
Strong project management skills, with exposure to Agile/Scrum; PMP preferred
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure
