Eckerd Connects is the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country, helping young people complete their education and find meaningful careers. The Secretary I will perform complex administrative tasks, coordinate office services, and maintain confidential records to support the Job Corps center.

The Secretary I performs complex administrative tasks using a personal computer
The Secretary I coordinates office services and administrative activities for Job Corps center; interprets operating policies; exercises independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems
Assists the Manager with preparations and arrangements for special events
Establishes and maintains confidential files and records
Qualification
Required
High School diploma with at least three years practical experience
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check
