Responsibilities
Performing Deal Desk functions including, but not limited to contract research, validation of price quotes, business approvals, contract drafting, and order structuring request for varying levels of deal size and complexity
Collaborate and build proactive, positive relationships with peers, managers, sales operations, shared services, and account teams to ensure consistency within processes, determine best practices, and work efficiently
Work closely with the field sales team to gather deal information, assess deal requirements, and structure non-standard deals that comply with published policies
Identify and drive implementation of pricing and contracting tools and process improvements to support efficient and sustainable growth
Qualification
Required
Experience working with Sales teams and multiple internal stakeholders across management levels
Experience gathering data from various sources and producing analyses and business summaries
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Experience in Deal Desk, Contract Management, or a similar role preferably within a technology company
Experience working with pricing and contracting tools such as CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management.)
