Responsibilities

Develop and execute custom in-show brand integrations for partners from Fortune 500 companies to startups. Support pre sale and post sale efforts across multiple shows, balancing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
Lead campaign activations, managing clients and collaborating with producers to create strategic, audience engaging content
Measure, interpret, and share campaign results to highlight best practices and performance
Craft compelling RFP responses through proposals with ideas that wow
Work cross functionally with sales, production, digital, social, legal, research, PR, marketing, communications, and finance to ensure cohesive client campaigns
Maintain team status documents, manage integration calendars/traffic, and partner with accounting to ensure accurate deal entry and invoicing

Required

4+ years of marketing, production, or agency experience

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
