Administrator on Duty - Residential Center for Healing & Resilience

Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho, dedicated to providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience for youth. The Administrator on Duty will oversee the safety and effective functioning of the Residential Center for Healing & Resilience, ensuring compliance with procedures and managing staff during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall safety, security and effective functioning of the campus on their assigned shift
Serves as the primary contact with program management and leadership in non-routine or emergency situations and will direct staff and facility resources accordingly
Reviews scheduled staffing for assigned shifts, and monitors to ensure presence at posts, adherence to schedules and breaks
Ensures appropriate reports are completed by all involved staff members for any incidents. Reviews reports and ensures appropriate actions have been taken and identify remedial actions

Required

Must be 25 years of age
Must have a valid Idaho drivers license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
High School diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of required notifications and procedures to be followed in the event of an emergency or unusual situation

Preferred

Bachelors Degree
Knowledge of ID and DHW safety and security regarding PRTF operations
