Responsibilities
Process and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently
Act as the primary liaison between customers and warehouse operations
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control and cycle counts
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or issues customers
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, discrepancies in a timely manner
Ensure customers requirements and service-level expectations are consistently met
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with documentation, reporting, and basic administrative tasks related to accounts
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a 3PL, warehouse, logistics, or account management role preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
