Perimeter Solutions is a leader in the Americas Suppressants Business Unit, seeking a Business Unit Controller to provide financial leadership and expertise. The role involves overseeing accounting processes, financial planning, and analysis while collaborating closely with business unit leaders to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Provide financial leadership and manufacturing accounting expertise supporting the Business Unit leader and the business units financial objectives
Be a champion of the BU value drivers, providing focus and guidance on price, productivity and profitable new business
Ensures that the monthly closing of the accounting periods is completed in time according to the published corporate reporting calendar
Prepare quarterly BU reporting deck, highlighting financial performance against targets for the reporting period
Lead forecasting, budgeting, demand planning and maintaining working capital processes within the business unit
Drive accounting processes and process improvements within the business unit to ensure accurate books and records and compliance with key control requirements including Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting concepts
