Required

2+ years of experience serving in a paraplanner or financial advisor role

Series 7, 66, and Life & Health licenses

Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Planning and Retirement Planning strategies

Strong understanding of Finance, Investments, and market trends

Experience in providing Financial Advisory and investment solutions

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Requirement to have or obtain the CFP designation

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
