Field Sales Coordinator
Juvia’s Place LLC is seeking a Field Sales Coordinator to enhance retail performance and brand visibility across their retail partners. This freelance role involves executing store visits, training retail staff, and achieving sales goals to elevate the customer experience.
Responsibilities
Execute weekly store visits according to the schedule provided by the Field Sales Manager
Drive sales by demonstrating strong product knowledge, selling techniques, and storytelling
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals typically 5x the hourly rate per shift
Monitor sales progress during store shifts; if below target by the third hour, follow Field Manager guidance to adjust hours as needed
Identify business opportunities and communicate insights to management for strategic planning
Support product launches, hero SKUs, and promotional events to ensure maximum exposure
Educate Ulta Beauty Advisors and retail partners on Juvia’s Place hero products, shade matching, and sales storytelling
Deliver engaging, on-brand training sessions to develop confident, knowledgeable store advocates
Support and execute in-store events, artistry activations, and sampling initiatives to drive conversion
Implement creative strategies to enhance the consumer experience and increase basket size
Track and report event and training results to measure impact
Execute all assigned store visits, training, and events according to the weekly calendar provided by the Field Sales Manager
Ensure merchandising standards, planograms (POG), and tester hygiene meet brand guidelines
Communicate any stock, tester, or visual merchandising issues promptly
Complete T-Sheets post-visit recaps including wins, challenges, competitor insights, and actionable next steps
Submit weekly business summaries outlining results, key observations, and recommendations
Place order and report any missing fixture parts
Maintain consistent communication with the Field Sales Manager through check-ins, reports, and weekly calls
Build and maintain strong relationships with store leadership and beauty advisors
Provide timely and clear feedback on stock, merchandising, and consumer trends
Collaborate with regional field teams to ensure unified execution of brand initiatives
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in retail cosmetics, beauty field sales, or brand ambassador roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel between assigned stores
Must be able to stand for extended periods during 5-hour shifts
