Keep the lobby, front desk, and daily flow organized and professional
Communicate clearly with clinicians about patient arrivals and schedule changes

Required

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of medical office, front desk, or patient-facing healthcare experience

PSR or medical receptionist experience
Insurance eligibility or authorization experience
EMR/EHR familiarity
Experience collecting patient payments
