Responsibilities
Provide support for complex technical issues and initiatives
Use diagnostic tools to maintain, troubleshoot, and restore service or data to systems
Participate in migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations, and configurations
Write queries to extract data and validate data loads
Complete project sizing and update/write documentation and procedures
Assist with related training and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues
Participate in writing test scripts and maintain change or issue logs
Analyze performance trends and recommend process improvements
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis
5 years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
Preferred
Experience providing technical systems support within a technology organization
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to applications, systems, databases, and other technical products and services
Knowledge of service level agreement criteria and ability to identify gaps in current technology processes
