Responsibilities

Utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to plan and analyze the implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation module, ensuring alignment with the client's business environment
Configure the system according to the client's requirements, perform unit testing, and resolve configuration and functional business issues across different HR modules
Gather client requirements, develop implementation plans, and roll out the Workday Advanced Compensation module to meet client needs
Offer support after implementation, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring the client achieves expected business results
Apply expertise to resolve configuration and functional business issues across different HR modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality

Required

Deep Expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation: Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday Advanced Compensation modules, with a strong understanding of configuration, testing, and rollout processes
Proficiency in HR Module Integration: Experience in resolving configuration and functional business issues across different HR modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
Implementation Planning and Analysis: Deep understanding of utilizing consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to plan and analyze the implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation module
Client Requirements Gathering and Management: Experience in gathering client requirements, developing implementation plans, and managing client expectations to meet business needs
Advanced Configuration and Testing: Proven expertise in configuring the system according to client requirements, performing unit testing, and resolving complex configuration issues
