Responsibilities
The Office Manager is responsible for the speedy and accurate processing of the following:
Real Estate Commission Processing
Create commission demands
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely commission workflows
Administrative Team Management
Manage and support administrative team members
Assign tasks, oversee workloads, and maintain accountability
Transaction & Listing Support
Listing input and management
Transaction coordinating as needed
Reporting & Financial Tasks
Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
Remote deposit capture
Maintain organized financial and transaction records
Office Operations
General office administrative duties
Maintain existing systems and workflows
Implement new systems and improvements as the team grows
Support agents with operational and administrative needs
Qualification
Required
Thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Be highly organized with strong attention to detail
Demonstrate consistency and strong follow-up skills
Be a proactive problem solver
Have a supportive, service-oriented mindset
Be willing to take additional training and certification classes as required
Preferred
Tech savvy and comfortable learning new platforms
Intermediate proficiency with Google Business Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
