Think big, solve problems and get to the root of concerns, no matter how complex, be proactive and reactive in creating and implementing solutions
Implement, coordinate and execute training programs, as well as identify and drive improvements for the training programs and processes
Cultivate and execute people plans for associate recognition programs, employee relations, total rewards benefit programs, performance management and recruitment retention strategies
Manage associate relations documentation and conducts investigations in accordance with Director of People
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of human resource experience; 3 of which were in an HR leadership role
Bachelor's Degree
Must have a diverse human resources background with experience including, but not limited to; employee relations, benefits and compensation, training, compliance, and recruitment
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occur
Preferred
Master's Degree or SPHR/PHR Certification
Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred
Experience working with Workday is a plus
