Captain Jay's is a growing organization seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Admin to support senior leadership. This role involves providing administrative and executive support, managing accounts payable, and assisting with cross-department communication.

Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative and executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning
Organize and prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents with a high level of accuracy
Manage accounts payable and payables processing, ensuring timely and organized recordkeeping
Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational standards
Support leadership by making routine decisions and resolving issues as needed
Assist with cross-department communication to keep projects and workflows moving efficiently
Take on additional administrative and operational tasks as business needs evolve
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Must be willing to relocate to Dearborn, MI 48124 prior to start date

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator
