Associate Director – Global Procurement Third Party Risk, Policy & Compliance

Responsibilities

Serve as the business process expert for risk and compliance tools (e.g., Aravo)
Drive continuous improvement and system rollouts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ensure high-quality data for supplier risk assessments across multiple domains
Oversee third-party risk management processes, templates, and training materials
Act as the point of contact for risk solutions and external service providers
Lead implementation of Integrated Third Party Due Diligence Framework across Organon and related tools and risk rating methodologies
Build strategy and roadmap for Third-Party Due Diligence with regards to governance, systems, people and process
Maintain and enhance procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Lead policy rollouts, training, and stakeholder engagement
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit to ensure alignment with corporate standards
Manage version control and translations for all policy documents
Supervise internal audits of Global Procurement to assess conformance with applicable policies/procedures, identify non-conformance, develop solutions and make remediation recommendations
Collaborate with leadership to define and execute strategies for sourcing management and compliance
Lead projects that optimize processes and strengthen governance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, or related field
10+ years in sourcing, quality, compliance, or risk management
Strong understanding of procurement policies and processes
Proven experience working with senior leaders in compliance and risk management
International and cross-functional experience
Strategic thinking, project management, and process improvement expertise
Ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Familiarity with procurement systems (SAP, Coupa) and risk tools (Aravo, Moody's)
Self-starter with flexibility and resilience in dynamic environments
