Part-Time Marketing Specialist
Elevate Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Part-Time Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day implementation of our marketing activities. This in-office role is responsible for executing listing marketing, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring timely deployment of campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end marketing for commercial listings, including:
Offering memorandums and flyers
Online listings (Buildout, Crexi, LoopNet, MLS where applicable)
Email marketing campaigns
Signage and print coordination
Ensure all listing materials are accurate, timely, and brand-consistent
Manage listing launch timelines and coordinate internally to avoid delays
Maintain Elevate Commercial’s brand standards across all platforms
Support ongoing brand promotion initiatives, including:
Website updates
Social media posts tied to listings and announcements
Brokerage-level marketing collateral
Coordinate direct mail campaigns, including list preparation, vendor coordination, and scheduling
Assist with campaign execution and basic performance tracking
Work across multiple platforms and tools, including marketing, CRM, and listing platforms
Maintain organized digital files and version control for marketing materials
Collaborate with the broker and operations team to continuously improve workflows
Qualification
Required
2+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfort working across multiple software platforms
Proficiency with design and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar)
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently once direction is provided
Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and polished marketing copy for emails, flyers, and online listings
Strong editing and proofreading skills; able to ensure all marketing materials are free of grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
Demonstrated experience writing professional marketing content (e.g., email campaigns, social posts, listing descriptions, web copy)
Preferred
Experience with commercial real estate or professional services marketing
Familiarity with listing platforms such as Buildout, Crexi, or LoopNet
Experience with email marketing platforms and direct mail campaigns
Portfolio of marketing writing samples (email campaigns, social media, web or listing copy)
