Responsibilities
Act as the primary support contact for dealers and internal representatives regarding connectivity upgrades for mining equipment
Respond to open technical and operational items raised by customers, dealers, or internal teams in a timely and professional manner
Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting connectivity solution deployment and adoption
Support implementation of connectivity hardware and digital subscriptions for mining applications
Gather, analyze, and report data related to connectivity solution performance and support activities
Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to optimize results
Collaborate closely with internal team members to strengthen solution support and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical field required
Associate degree accepted with 7+ years of related experience
Master's degree accepted with a minimum of 5 years of related experience
Experience managing mining equipment upgrades, specifically connectivity-related solutions, is required
Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed, effective decisions
Strong ability to gather, track, and report data accurately to support operational and customer needs
Demonstrated experience implementing technical solutions and supporting end users during and after deployment
Clear, precise communication of technical information to customers, dealers, and internal partners
Experience supporting customers or stakeholders in technical or solution-focused environment
