Site Acquisition Agent and Project Manager
The Grinnell Group is seeking a Site Acquisition Agent and Project Manager to support wireless deployments. This hybrid role requires expertise in site acquisition and project management, with responsibilities including site evaluation, negotiation, and coordination of project execution.

Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and qualify sites based on RF design, zoning, and land‑use requirements
Conduct due diligence including title review, zoning research, and site walks with internal teams
Review, interpret and negotiate leases, amendments, access agreements, and easements with property owners, ensuring compliance with client requirements and processes
Prepare and submit zoning, permitting, and co-location applications. Present at hearings and community meetings
Manage carrier/tower owner SAQ processes through issuance of NTP
Ensure compliance with regulatory, landlord, and jurisdictional requirements
Provide guidance on site selection, negotiation strategy, documentation standards, and communication best practices
Develop, communicate, document, and manage project objectives, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution
Serve as primary client point of contact; lead deployment calls and status reporting
Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when needed
Assist with overseeing project financials including proposals, invoicing, and accounts receivable
Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiative s
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or equivalent experience
5–7+ years of telecom experience, preferably in wireless site acquisition or project management
Strong understanding of real estate principles, zoning processes, and telecom deployment workflows and standards
Ability to read and interpret leases, title reports, surveys, construction drawings, and technical documents
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools (Excel, Salesforce, Fuze SPM)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel
Ability to balance competing high priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Availability to work on weekends periodically
