DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST
Client Concierge Sales Management Group is a remote-first company in the administrative services and business process outsourcing sector. They are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to ensure accurate data capture and maintenance across CRMs and internal databases, contributing to data integrity and operational workflows.

Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain high-volume structured and unstructured data in CRM and internal systems with consistent accuracy and timeliness
Validate and reconcile incoming records against source documents; identify and correct discrepancies or incomplete fields
Perform routine data cleansing, standardization, and deduplication to improve dataset quality for reporting and operational use
Follow SOPs and data security controls to protect sensitive information and maintain compliance with company policies
Collaborate with operations, customer support, and reporting teams to resolve data issues and support ad-hoc extraction requests
Contribute to process improvement initiatives; document workflows and update knowledgebase articles to scale best practices

Typing 70 WPM
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in business/admin is a plus
Prior experience in data entry, records management, or administrative support preferred
Comfort working remotely within US time zones and using cloud collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Drive)
Preferred
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification
Experience with OCR tools (e.g., ABBYY FlexiCapture)
Basic SQL or database query familiarity
