Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Budget Forecast and Management
Bank and Accounts Reconciliations
Residual and Commission Reporting and reconciliations
Inventory Management
Fixed Assets Management
Prepare yearend financials and Assist CPA Firm with yearly tax return
Ensure any State and local reports/filings are filed and paid for in a timely manner
Funding product and service sales per our funding criteria
Reviewing Commission reports for accuracy
Interviewing/Hiring/Onboarding New Staff Employees
Human Resources Management
Ensuring Employee handbook/Policies & Procedures are up to date in accordance with Federal/State/Local laws
Payroll and benefits management, supporting 10-20 employees/independent contractors
Office Management and Safety Responsibilities
Lead weekly staff meetings
Help install, convert, integrate and consult accounting and POS software/hardware for our merchants
Answer and manage customer service calls and emails
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Accounting
Excellent Communications and Organizational Skills
Strong Authoritative Quality in Human Resources and Employee Management
Detail-Oriented, Multi-Tasker and Quick Learner
Ability to Prioritize
Preferred
Experience working with QuickBooks
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
Experience with ACT or a similar CRM
