Responsibilities
Independently applies, plans, designs, directs, organizes, executes, and recommends improvements for Florida DOT and municipal roadway improvement projects
Assignments may include a diverse variety of drainage-related tasks such as stormwater management, roadway pipe drainage systems, roadway ditch drainage systems, water quality BMPs, streams, bridge hydraulics, culvert hydraulics, watersheds, and erosion and sediment control
Qualification
Required
At least five (5) years of Drainage experience
Possess, or have the potential to obtain, your Florida PE License
Independently applies, plans, designs, directs, organizes, executes, and recommends improvements for Florida DOT and municipal roadway improvement projects
Experience with stormwater management
Experience with roadway pipe drainage systems
Experience with roadway ditch drainage systems
Experience with water quality BMPs
Experience with streams
Experience with bridge hydraulics
Experience with culvert hydraulics
Experience with watersheds
Experience with erosion and sediment control
