They are seeking a hands-on, strategic Regional Controller/Director of Finance to oversee financial operations and partner closely with ownership and leadership, driving profitability, cash flow, and growth.

Responsibilities

Full accounting operations (AP/AR, payroll, GL, close)
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
Job costing and margin management
A/R aging and collections leadership
Cash flow forecasting and banking relationships
Audit, tax, and compliance oversight
Financial dashboards and reporting for leadership
Building and leading the accounting team

Required

7-10+ years progressive accounting/finance experience
Prior Controller or senior finance leadership role
Strong job costing and operational finance background
