Assist attorneys with legal document preparation

Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of legal support
Qualification
Required
Minimum two years experience in Family Law
Proficiency in Domestic Relations Financial Affidavits, Child Support Worksheets, and Parenting Plans
Trial preparation, and experience with subpoenas and all aspects of trial preparation
Detail-oriented and self-starting
Strong interest in discovery, document management, and litigation support
Experience in conducting thorough document review
Strong communication skills to interact with clients, attorneys, courts, and external parties
Organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Clio and familiarity with filing requirements
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
Ideal candidates are interested in contract work
