Responsibilities

Install and configure equipment at customer locations
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in a timely manner
Repair and replace faulty components as needed
Provide remote support and guidance to customers when necessary
Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
Communicate effectively with customers regarding service status and recommendations
Manage time efficiently to meet service deadlines

Required

Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role

Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
Knowledge of safety procedures in a field service environment
Effective time management skills
Experience with equipment installation and system maintenance
Willing to travel up to 50%
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
