Responsibilities
Process, extract, convert, and manipulate data utilizing eDiscovery software and forensic tools
Support the Information Governance Counsel in reviewing and transferring data during attorney departures, transitions, and other information governance projects
Document, execute and track electronic data processing requests through the ticketing system; assist with the maintenance of project tracking
Prepare data from eDiscovery software for review, including running search terms and setting up reviews according to previously established guidelines
Review large volume of client and nonclient documents to ensure client privileges and confidentiality are maintained and firm proprietary information remains within the firm
Manage departing attorney expectations regarding transfer timelines
Accumulate, manage, and summarize document review statistics and metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
At least three (3) years of related work experience, ideally in a large law firm setting
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a professional services environment
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential information
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
