Responsibilities

The principal function of this position is to maintain the integrity of the Advancement & Alumni Relations database (Slate CRM), including donation fund accounts, alumni and donor biographical data, charitable giving data, and its connection to the University accounting system (Ellucian Colleague)
This position ensures proper documentation is maintained and assures compliance with applicable rules and regulations

Required

Bachelor's degree
A total of two (2) years of experience with any combination of the Following: Utilizing or managing a CRM/database including data management tasks
Data reporting or list generation from a CRM/database
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel utilization (e.g. formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data manipulation)
Project management, preferably in a non-profit, higher education, or fundraising environment
Online research
Fundraising operations
Note: Master's Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1 year) of work experience
