Qualification
Required
Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and budgeting processes
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger functions, and maintaining financial records
Strong understanding of internal controls, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and resolve discrepancies
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in nonprofit or CDFI accounting is a plus
