Responsibilities
Lead and execute financial audit engagements from planning through completion
Perform audit fieldwork, testing, and documentation in accordance with GAAP and GAAS
Evaluate internal controls and identify risk areas
Prepare audit findings and communicate results to clients and internal stakeholders
Provide recommendations to improve processes, controls, and financial reporting
Mentor and review work performed by junior audit staff
Build strong working relationships with clients across a variety of industries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years of public accounting audit experience
Strong knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
Strong communication skills and a client-facing mindset
Preferred
CPA license or active progress toward CPA preferred
