Responsibilities
Executing consulting-like projects, working closely with stakeholders in our businesses and corporate functions – including structuring the problem, gathering and analyzing data, generating insight, translating into written output and delivering executive-level readouts and recommendations
Developing fact bases and market models around key product segments and technology trends impacting the business inclusive ADAS adoption, electric vehicle penetration, transition to software-defined vehicle architectures, transition to 48V architectures, etcetera
Conducting detailed analysis of customers and competitors
Shaping and driving content creation for executive leadership in key meetings (e.g. Board of Directors, Investor Meetings, GLT meetings, etcetera)
Mentoring and coaching associates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related; MBA from a top business school preferred
Minimum of three years of top-tier consulting experience or comparable, including investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy/development or similar in technology or automotive industries
Diverse experiences in or around automotive and/or manufacturing/industrial goods
Experience in leading strategy engagements and developing talent
Ability to work onsite in Troy, MI
