Responsibilities

Coaching & Developing: Act as a mentor to the Truck Team, identifying individual strengths and providing the continuous feedback and training necessary for professional advancement
Field-Ready Mentorship: This is a hands-on role. You must have the willingness and ability to work as a Truck Team Member on a route when needed , training crews on 1-800-GOT-JUNK? service standards and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Strategic Fleet Management: Master the daily routing and job dispatching to maximize operational efficiency and revenue
KPI Accountability: Own the numbers. You’ll track efficiency and customer satisfaction metrics to drive franchise growth
Qualification
Required
3+ years in operations or logistics leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Experience with basic truck/vehicle maintenance
Proven track record of coaching and developing diverse teams
Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
Comfortable with bending, kneeling, reaching, and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions
Ability to safely operate hand/power tools and perform basic vehicle checks
