Responsibilities

Proactively contact key decision-makers within existing and new customer accounts
Develop and execute account strategies to grow customer base and increase product adoption
Identify new sales opportunities and recommend solutions aligned with customer needs
Understand customer goals in imaging technology and align PartsSource capabilities to address them
Support customers in sourcing and procurement of imaging parts, supplies, and services
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce)
Manage customer-level pricing and track performance metrics
Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing to identify opportunities for improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, imaging, or medical devices
Strong sales acumen and proven ability to operate proactively on the phone
Knowledge of imaging modalities (X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI) and related suppliers
Experience negotiating terms and securing favorable contracts
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
