Responsibilities
Experience assisting attorneys with all phases of litigation, including drafting pleading shells, preparing correspondence and time entry, performing e-filing, and calendaring, as well as interacting with court personnel and opposing counsel
Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of prior experience working as Legal Assistant in complex civil litigation matters in a law firm environment
Experience assisting attorneys with all phases of litigation, including drafting pleading shells, preparing correspondence and time entry, performing e-filing, and calendaring, as well as interacting with court personnel and opposing counsel
Position requires strong MS Word skills and excellent attention to detail
Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
