Responsibilities
Lead overall social media strategy across multiple client accounts
Develop and manage organic and paid social media campaigns, from concept through execution
Write and oversee captions, messaging, and content direction across platforms
Collaborate closely with PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns
Track performance, analyze insights, and report results
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging opportunities
Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all channels
Manage timelines, approvals, and execution independently while keeping leadership informed
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in social media (agency experience a plus)
Hands-on experience executing paid social campaigns (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn; TikTok a plus)
Excellent writing skills and a strong point of view on storytelling and brand voice
Strategic thinker
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Data-savvy and confident translating performance metrics into action
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy but values collaboration
Preferred
Have experience in travel
Love building systems, improving workflows, and making things more efficient
Have a photography background
Have experience directing photo shoots, casting models, hiring photographers, etc
