Responsibilities

Build financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction-related analyses

Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and confidential deal marketing materials

Analyze company financials, operating performance, and industry dynamics

Conduct industry and company research; synthesize findings into clear insights

Develop lists of potential buyers, investors, and acquisition targets

Support senior bankers in day-to-day transaction execution and business development

Required
