They are seeking a New Truck Regional Sales Manager who will plan and direct New Truck marketing activities of assigned branches and assist in recruiting and training sales personnel to meet company objectives.

Responsibilities
Evaluates assigned New Truck Departments' performance against established targets and standards; communicates appropriate action to Branch Manager and Regional Vice President - General Manager as necessary
Maintains consistent contact with New Truck sales staff to better understand customer requirements; keeps current on market and customer trends to fulfill demand and balance new truck inventory applications
Identifies and helps profile prospective customers, develops, and applies marketing strategies necessary to achieve business plan forecasts
Stays appraised of competitive activity and new truck market demand
Attends training and industry functions as necessary to keep informed of market trend opportunities and contacts within the industry
Recruits, trains, and assists in developing sales personnel
Assists in coordinating activities of other departments to achieve full penetration of assigned territories
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of the retail market
Sales and management training
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Must be willing to travel
Experience in recruiting, hiring and developing of qualified sales personnel
Must be Company/Team minded
