Responsibilities
Production of Construction Documents for projects of all sizes
Building and Zoning Code research to assist in Site Planning and Schematic Design
Coordination with Consultants throughout the Design Phases
Permit submittals, tracking and comment response
Construction Administration submittals review and RFI responses
As-Built on site measurements and existing conditions plan creation
Qualification
Required
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup
Bachelor or Masters in Architecture
2+ years experience in Commercial projects work
Ability to prioritize tasks and work with Project Managers to coordinate multiple projects concurrently
