Responsibilities
Analyze and understand complex business and functional requirements
Migrate existing user interfaces from AngularJS to Angular 8
Design and develop new UI components using Angular 8
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and supporting backend components as needed
Collaborate closely with product owners, backend developers, and business stakeholders
Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and test coverage
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and Jira tracking
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
2+ years of hands-on experience developing applications with Angular 8
Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
Solid understanding of unit testing frameworks and test coverage best practices
Experience working with AWS services
Proficiency in cross-browser development
Strong knowledge of RESTful services, JSON, AJAX, and microservices-based UI integration
Familiarity with Oracle SQL and/or AWS Aurora and Redshift
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Bitbucket, and Jenkins
Hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira
Preferred
Experience with Python
Background in Fixed Income finance
Experience in the mortgage financing industry
