Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from idea to launch and beyond
Define and execute the product vision to deliver measurable business impact
Use data, customer insights, and experimentation to improve conversion and engagement
Partner closely with design, engineering, and marketing to craft seamless desktop and mobile experiences
Track KPIs and learn fast through A/B testing and rapid iteration
Stay ahead of eCommerce and sports trends to keep Fanatics Authentic at the forefront of fan innovation
Qualification
Required
4+ years of product management experience in eCommerce or consumer digital products
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering impact in agile environments
Passion for sports, fandom, and building amazing customer experiences
BA/BS required
Preferred
MBA a plus
