The person in this role must be able to concept and create visual assets for social posts
This job moves at the speed of social. It is essential for this art director to stay up-to-speed on trends and action on them quickly
Duties include capturing content, designing for real-time moments/trends, creating evergreen content, proactive concepting, and ideating against activation opportunities
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of relevant creative experience
Skilled in developing high-level brand concepts as well as articulating those concepts in executions across various media channels
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
Portfolio of work demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions
Are based in or willing to relocate to Minneapolis
Ability to demonstrate a high level of craft
Expert proficiency in entire Adobe Creative Suite
Expert proficiency in videography, photography, and design
Prolific in creating social-first assets
