Responsibilities

Build an Enterprise Pipeline: Define our ICP, map the market, build target lists, and create an outbound motion that consistently turns cold outreach into warm conversations with decision-makers
Own Full-Cycle Sales in a Complex Domain: Work with the founders to run discovery, give demos, scope pilots, navigate procurement/security/compliance, coordinate internal resources, and negotiate terms through signature
Grease Funnel + Revenue Ops: Build lightweight systems that make us faster. Qualification frameworks, follow-up cadences, pipeline reviews, forecasting, CRM, and tight feedback loops with product
Lead Customer Expansion: Turn our success within existing customers into expansion

Required

1+ years of experience in a growth or sales role
