They are seeking a detailed-oriented, dependable Administrative Assistant to assist in typing and editing CoMET Field and Lab reports, as well as other administrative tasks.
Civil Engineering
Responsibilities
Save Field and Lab Reports
Type and Edit Field and Lab Reports
Crosscheck laboratory test results
Reaching Out to Field Techs for missing report information
Working as an assistant to CoMET Group
Scan, upload and file Lab Calibration documents to RKIS
Scan, upload and file Techs Certs to RKIS
Receptionist back up as needed
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Development (G.E.D.)
Good oral and written communications skills
Working knowledge of database administration
Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
10 key calculator proficiency
Minimum typing speed 55 wpm
Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and talk or hear
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Close vision for use of a computer, equipment, or any other work duties that require clear vision within two feet or less
Flexibility to work irregular hours due to client needs
